Our Festive Market Menu returns from 3rd–19th December 2026.
Served in The Gallery Bar and Restaurant, the menu brings together seasonal favourites, local produce and a few Chester touches along the way. Expect proper roast turkey with all the trimmings alongside dishes including venison, monkfish and Jerusalem artichoke risotto.
Starters include chicken rillette, smoked salmon, poached pear and roast tomato and chorizo soup.
Desserts keep things firmly festive, with sticky toffee pudding, orange crème brûlée, cherry and pistachio and a selection of cheeses with chutney and crispbread.
Lunch is served from 12 noon, with last sitting at 3.30pm. Dinner is served from 6pm, with last sitting at 8.30pm.
Three courses £49.50 per person.
