Our hotel is hewn from granite - so it's apt that one of our newest suites is called after Rubislaw Quarry.

Located in one of the the original buildings which make up our striking facade, the Rubislaw suite has our trademark indulgent decor, with luxe fabrics and original artwork on the walls.

When you need space to live and sleep then the apartment style lay out of the Rubislaw Suite with its separate living room and bedroom is the perfect leisure or business stay.

It’s a suite that makes you feel you’ve come home – but while you’ve been out an interior designer has waved a magic wand giving you a deluxe contemporary pad to be proud of.

For a premium stay of generous proportions, the Rubislaw suite is one of our newest additions to the Chester suite menu. Situated in the original Victorian house, number 61, which was once the business address of the building’s architect Marshall Mackenzie. He built his own private residence at Number 59 – possibly an early example of the 2020/21 Working from Home trend.
