• Do not enter the hotel if you have any of the recognised symptoms of COVID 19 such as raised temperature, continuous cough and/or loss of smell or taste

  • All reservations require to be secured with credit card details

  • A charge of £15 per person will be made in the case of a no show or cancellation within 2 hours of your booked arrival time

  • Your table is reserved from the time it is booked for a period of one hour and forty-five minutes - if you are late in arriving, we will still require your table to be vacated at the original end time

  • It may not be possible to fulfill requests for specific tables

  • Each table has a minimum spend of £15 per person

  • You can book a table in the covered areas for non-family groups – but you must follow Scottish Government advice at the time of your visit about who you can sit with

  • We’re not here to police social distancing; it’s a job for everyone. If we think you are flaunting government advice you will be required to leave.

  • We’ve invested in sanitising stations and electrostatic cleaning equipment to make sure your visit is as safe as we can make it. Please use the sanitiser.

  • Please follow the one-way system, denoted by arrows and signage.

  • Our toilets are attended and you should follow any guidance or instructions given by our team member.

  • If one of our team members declines to supply you with more alcohol please respect this decision

  • We are only able to accept payment by credit or debit card

  • Smoking is not permitted in any of the licensed areas outside the hotel

  • All reservations are subject to cancellation in the event of adverse weather conditions
